About Our Firm and Founder


Christina Saad, our founding attorney, holds a JD, with a dual concentration in Business/Finance Law and International Law, from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC, and is licensed in the state of California. With an innate strategic mindset and curiosity for business, she decided to pursue her MBA at a top program, INSEAD, on their France and Singapore campuses.

Since then, she has started her own practice, providing legal and strategic services to medical groups and HealthTech startups in California and Europe alike!
